Church of England SIAMS Inspection Report March 2025
Please find below a link to our recent SIAMs inspection (from the Church of England) that took place on March 8th, and we are delighted to inform you that the report has now been finalised and that it, once again, reflects very positively on our school community.
The inspector remarked how ‘respect and kindness are indeed the hallmarks of our school’s work’. In particular, she saw how our golden thread of ‘Treat others as you would like to be treated’, draws the school community together. It is wonderful to see our students embody these values daily, creating a nurturing environment for everyone. Furthermore, the determination of our pupils to demonstrate fair play in both academic and extracurricular activities was recognised as commendable. It is evident that our children are not only developing academically but are also growing as individuals who respect one another.
Religious Education was a key area that the inspector looked at and she noted how ‘rich exploration of religious texts helps pupils to reflect upon various concepts, their own lives, and the school values. Pupils value the challenge of the subject and the space to raise and discuss big questions’.
