Acorn class

News from week beginning 12th December

What an exciting last week of term in Acorn Class!

On Monday morning and Tuesday evening the children performed in the Nativity which we are sure you will all agree was fantastic. Thank you to all who came and for the effort that went into the children’s  costumes which were fabulous.

The children also had a visit from a magician this week which they really enjoyed; they ate Christmas dinner with the whole school; they had a class party; they took part in the Carol Service at the Church and they had a special visit from Father Christmas who gave them a wooden castle. What a busy and exciting week!

We also managed to paint faces in the style of Paul Klee which are displayed on the conservatory windows and make glittery snowflakes.

Thank you so much for all the gifts and cards which we have been given, we are very lucky to have such a lovely class this year, they are a credit to you and have made a super start to school.

We hope you have a very happy Christmas and look forward to seeing you in the New Year.
