Acorn class 13th May 2016
News from week beginning 9th May
We had a very different week this week. Two representatives from the RNLI gave us an interesting, interactive and fun talk (see photo) so we all know how to keep ourselves safe on the beach, in the sun and in the sea. You name a coloured flag, we can tell you what it means!
As it was SATs week for Year 2 and 6 children, Acorn and some of Beech class spent most of the mornings in the New Hall. We had great fun writing, reading, doing some PE games, some mental arithmetic and also we planned, made and reviewed our own Maths games from scratch. Some lovely team work was observed! Back to normal next week, if there is such a thing in Acorn class…
Have a super weekend
